You can cancel your order at any time free of charge—as long as we haven't started working on your project yet. Simply give us a quick notice, and we'll cancel your order without any further obligation.
However, once we have started providing the service based on your briefing (e.g. by preparing the briefing or initial drafts), withdrawal is understandably no longer possible, as internal costs are already incurred for us at this point.
